Our Thailand Training Methods, include;
• sessions
– a short limited period of time to educate to basics to a small group of attendees (max 10), duration will be about 2 hrs
• lectures
– a traditional method of teaching for large groups (50 – 150), primarily a formal presentation by an expert in the subject and it could be complied with a question-and-answer part, duration will be 2 to 8 hrs
• seminars
– a form of academic instruction, relatively informal (at least compared to lectures), several recurring meetings of a half or full day or evening, for a medium sized group actively participating attendees (25 – 60), focusing each time on some particular (sub)-topic. The Instructor has prepared the concepts and techniques and will present and discuss these through a combination of visual materials, interactive tools or equipment, and demonstrations
• workshops
- has all the elements of a seminar, but with the largest part of the training being emphasized on “hand-on-practice”
• stimulating exercises
– simulation is any kind of artificial environment, much like the real circumstance where the 4 standard simulation methods will be utilized for presenting this training: management games, case studies, role playing, in-basket training (acquainting possible situations or problems) in a duration of a half or full day
• symposiums
- is a formal setting for very large groups, of a half or full day program (with an optional evening program) about a specific topic, in which several speakers present their insights – a collection of information and opinions – present and discuss those specific symposium topics before an audience.
Symposiums may have “Break-out Sessions”: relatively short session where a small group of attendees, drawn from the symposium, discusses specific subjects or aspects of the broad theme of the main gathering and share their findings with all symposium attendees.
• on the job inter-company
